Scotland launches SLEECThe Student, Learning, Enhancement & Engagement Committee will bring together all student officers across Scotland to form a national forum that will give student officers a voice in improving and shaping the student learning experience in Scotland. Two SLEEC groups will be created for each sector.
SLEEC will be a student-led group working in partnership with the university sector. Membership of the group will consist of student officers and key individuals and agencies working in the university sector. The group will act as a sounding board between the sector and student officers on a range of quality enhancement issues. It is envisaged that SLEEC will address pertinent quality enhancement issues, and in partnership with the sector, will find ways in which to take forward student officer suggestions and insights.
The first meeting is on Tuesday 8 April in Perth. If you would like to attend please contact Ross Neilson, Quality Enhancement Officer ASAP by email ross.neilson@nus-scotland.org.uk or telephone on 07515-575375
